I am incredibly grateful and happy to receive this scholarship, it means so much to me and brings me one step closer to achieving my dreams. I come from a place with little opportunity, and being in the U.S. has been a huge chance for me. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved basketball, it’s my passion and my goal.

I want to be successful, not just for myself but to help others who are struggling. I hope to inspire people to follow their dreams, just like I am.
